This luxury beachfront villa is located in Plaka, a village in the Elounda region on the Eastern coast of Crete, and is built on three levels, with private beach and enclosed garden with olives trees. The middle level, where the entrance is, is the heart of the villa, created with wide spaces to entertain guests and get easy to socialize. Two living areas, two kitchens, four master suites with Jacuzzi and double sink in Italian marble, one more guest bedroom. Also a gym with sauna, Turkish bath, and spa. Sustainability was also a key component of the proposal and took shape through the combination of modern technologies with the design rules of the traditional vernacular architecture. The villa includes solar panels, water collection tanks and, a “smart home†system to control the internal environment, Italian wooden floors, an elevator and a six cars garage.
